this picture has contrast and balance in the way as the black background and the light coloured album covers contrast each other
this picture doesn't really have any rhythm or repetition unless you count the words
the emphasis is on the title the capitalized words and the pictures i attempted to use the rule of thirds and making the text pop out but using white text on a black background to draw the eye in
i used a bit of unity as i used only 1 font and i tried to only use a simple colour palette

media literacy assignment 1

recently we watched two videos on the study of media literacy as of which we will discuss several topic brought up by the videos

one topic or subject brought up is the media can be done for profit well alot of modern media is done for profit as we see adverts in between and in the middle of shows and news and those might not benefit the shows that are shown or the news after and before them but the channel that show the news and shows will benefit and say thats the fox news or CNN channel will gain profit from them and the more profit they want the less news there will be and more useless adverts with less news you learn less and less about world affairs how would you know unless you buy the newspapers or listen to the radio but even then newspaper adds and radio adverts will start to be more and more often so the channels newspaper companies and radio stations will make more and more profit but thats if it all goes down the hole sort of prediction most of them do it for a small profit and to get the word out about current events unfolding in the world and it should stay that way for a long time before people become too greedy

another topic is media can be dangerous and diffrent people see different things i paired these two because in my head it makes a bit of sence as some people see terrorism as just doom and destuction and some see it as a call to arms to pay them back for they done so it can be dangerous as if you use fake news you can spur pointless hate and dread and cause mass confusion some of these are very noticeable in fake news and news broadcasted with an opinion a great example of fake news creating mass dread and confusion s the whole vaccines cause autism thing

most of the media can be misinterperated with no education if a clueless teacher teaches media studies you wont learn much in the course and they wont get the main information from the media like the news the radio and newspapers so a peaceful message could end up violent if they take it wrong so its better to have someone who knows what they're doing when someone clueless.
